Printing and Shipping Process

NEW: We now ship books from stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from receipt from order.
Estimated Shipping Times

United Kingdom: You can choose your shipping method. Our cheapest delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 48. Faster shipping methods including next day services including Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please choose your service during checkout.

EU, Americas and International: Orders from the UK to most EU countries typically arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch. Please note that for some EU countries the shipping time can increase to 10 days. Orders to the US and Canada typically take 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Central and South America can take anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery. For the rest of the world including Australia and New Zealand, please allow 6-14 days for delivery after dispatch.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email if you have selected a shipping service that includes tracking. This link allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your purchase, please email us to discuss a refund or exchange: support@emersive.co.uk.
Please note that when returning an item, customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you an email to update you on your refund status. If approved, we’ll promptly issue a credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your credit card or original payment method.

We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@emersive.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
